Toned and athletic: five, and all of it earned outdoors
Five women on this list, and what they have in common is not a gym membership. It is that all five of them are outdoors on their own time: a park, a towpath, a reserve, cold water, a bike, a walk that was supposed to be twenty minutes and became an hour.

Laura is 169 cm, green eyed, long light brown hair lifted at the ends by weather rather than anything else. She walks Osterley most weeks whether she is working or not and knows which bench gets the last of the sun.
An afternoon start, a full circuit of the estate while the gates are still open, and then somewhere warm on the Great West Road when they shut. She talks the entire way round and never once looks at her phone while you are talking.
The river, and cold water
Nora is 166 cm, honey blonde and hazel eyed, with the quick frame of somebody who rarely sits still, and her evenings run from the bottom of Swan Street in Isleworth. She is back on the twenty ninth of September.
Tina is 158 cm, espresso brown, the smallest name in the book and comfortably the fastest. Three minutes from Brentford station, an afternoon first and dinner at the Lock afterwards.
The two who start late anyway
Angelika is 172 cm and carries an athletic build without making a performance of it. She will walk the long way round Lampton Park while the sky goes orange and then take the evening down to the TW3 high street or back to the Lampton Road hotels.
Sonya is 162 cm, hazel eyed, dark brown and straight, and works the airport end where daylight is not really the point. Four minutes from the central terminals, back on the eighth of October.
What the word means here
Built by doing things rather than by measuring them. It is a description of how somebody moves and stands, not a standard anybody is being held to, and it changes nothing at all about a figure or an arrangement.
If it is the wrong word, slim and slender and curvaceous hold ten each and petite holds seven.
